[vtkusers] Does any body know where to find Vol.cxx?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to VTK. I just got the text book (4th edition). On page 152, there
is part of an example file Vol.cxx
I wanted to look at the rest of the code, but I can't find Vol.cxx anywhere.
I have searched the CD that came with the book, and the source codes (v5.4.2
) I just downloaded from http://www.vtk.org/VTK/resources/software.html
Does any one happen to know where it might be? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
