supply the configuration files used, if you would like a more complete
treatment (may be grouping some together before we run out of colors).

I am glad you liked it, Andrew and I both began looking at the code swarm
visualization at around the same time. If you have a more complete
listing/grouping of subdirectories along with distinct RGB colors I will see
if I can find a few minutes to re-run the code. I am not sure the
highlighting matches the old directory layout at all.
