[vtkusers] Announcing VTK user voice

VTK community members,

I'm pleased to announce a new way to provide feedback about the future
development of VTK. We have recently launched a UserVoice site for VTK at

http://vtk.uservoice.com

There are great suggestions constantly populating the mailing list and bug
tracker, but we have no way of knowing what issues are most important to
users. UserVoice's system allows you to quickly search if an issue has
already been raised, if so you can vote for it and if not you can make a new
suggestion.

We hope this new system will encourage more participation from the
community, and will hopefully complement but not replace the existing bug
tracker and mailing list. We are looking for everything from small issues to
big ideas for the future. Let us know what you think!

We will put up a link to UserVoice soon from vtk.org.
