[vtkusers] Interacting with Actor2D?

Is it possible to zoom and pan with an Actor2D? See this example:
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/Visualize_a_2D_Set_of_Points - it doesn't seem to
have any interaction at all, where the 3D version of the same code allows
you to zoom/pan/rotate.
