[vtkusers] VTK on windows system

Hello Michael Jackson,
thank you for your answer,
i copy the folder with DLLs on other mascines. On machines which have visual
Studio it works
But i don't want to install on every machine visual studio. Maybe visual
studio installs something that vtk need. i have no idea.
