[vtkusers] VTK on windows system

Not sure if VTK has the infrastructure in place to create an installer  
with Java Support. Maybe they do. When you build VTK, try the  
"INSTALL" target in Visual Studio. Then copy the folder where VTK was  
installed to another machine and try it out.
