[vtkusers] SimpleCocoaVTK on OS X 10.6

I'm having trouble getting SimpleCocoaVTK to compile on 10.6

I'm trying to follow the spirit of the wiki instructions for 10.5 here

http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/Cocoa_VTK

cmake and vtk from CVS compile with no issues.

The XCode project refers to the 10.4 SDK, but I fixed that

I've also got the paths working for the libs and includes, except....

Xcode can't seem to find things like vtkstd/string. I've tried to  
force Xcode to see them, but
I'm not having any luck.

Any suggestions? Also, why don't these include files end in .h?
