[vtkusers] build vtk libs using Visual Studio 2005 (for dummies)

I thinks I made it!
Well sort of.
I managed to compile it or parts that is, 
Seems like I got all the bits I needed, I even got my freaking matlab
function to compile -error free - however the .mexw64 this produces is
broken.
