[vtkusers] vtkVolumeTextureMapper3d on OSX

Hi all,

I have a little vtk volume rendering application running fine on msvc win32.
The mapper I use is vtkVolumeTextureMapper3D. When I build the application
for OSX, the volume disappears when I interact with the mouse and reappears
when the interaction stops. Has anyone has experienced the same problem?
