[vtkusers] Scale of an arrow

hi,

I use the vtkArrowSource to create arrows, but now i need to manipulate
their length without changing their width, when i use SetScale-Function all
the properties change how can i change only the length of an arrow.

Thanks for anny help

P.s. A little question of math, how can i get the angles of an vector by
knowing its coordinates!
