[vtkusers] offscreen mode with python wrapping gives seg fault

I can't still use OffScreenRenderingOn(). I'm trying now to use the
accelerated alternative (without Mesa involved), but without success
so far.

I tried the OSCone.py example (shown below). It runs OK `on-screen'
but it gives a "Segmentation fault" when OffScreenRenderingOn is
activated. I checked that my video card supports

GL_EXT_framebuffer_object
AND GL_ARB_texture_non_power_of_two
AND GL_ARB_texture_rectangle

(find below the output of glxinfo).

The card is Intel GM965/GL960 on a Dell Inspiron 1420 Notebook. Output
from lspci follows:

the same negative result (segfault for OffScreenRenderingOn activated).
