[vtkusers] Arrows with starting and ending points

Hi, i want to set the starting and the ending point of an arrow, how can i do
that, because in the class arrowSource or later in the class actor, i
haven't found any functions which allow me a such manipulation of my arrow
generated in arrowsource!
