[vtkusers] VTK Arrows

Hi i have a problem with arrows in VTK, i want to center the arrow on an
object and give it the right orientation, but in the vtkArrowSource i don't
have see a such function to do a similar thing, can you tell me how i can
proceed.
the best thing is when i can modified the arrow only by its actor:
