[vtkusers] vtkSplineWidget but with linear interpolation

Hi,

im looking for something thats works similar to the vtkSplinewidget but 
with linear interpolation (so actually just straight lines connecting 
one handle to an other).
Is there an easy way to get this working without having to write my own 
class with this functionality?
I would be very thankful if somebody got an idea or solution.
