[vtkusers] Volume rendering anomalies (looks like a bug)

Use vtkVolumeRayCastMapper::SetSampleDistance( double )

It took me forever to realize I needed to use this. I set it to the 
pixel diagonal or smaller, if I can wait that long for my output.
