[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer2 orientation problem

Hi all,

I am trying to display orthogonal slices of a vtkImageData created manually
in 3 vtkImageviewer2 windows. But the sagittal image appears 90 deg rotated
for the manually creatde images whereas it displays properly for the dicom
images.

Any hint??
