It seems that there is a bug in vtkTheoraWriter.cxx.
If you test the theora writer using ctest it says that the test passed,
but, if you launch the test manually (VTK_BUILD/bin/IOCxxTest, test #12)
an error appears:
Writing file TestOggTheoraWriter.ogv...
.ERROR: In /home/nicolas/TEMP/VTK/IO/vtkOggTheoraWriter.cxx, line 579
vtkOggTheoraWriter (0x2e78140): Error storing image.
................................................................................................
Done writing file TestOggTheoraWriter.ogv...
TestOggTheoraWriter.ogv file exists: 1
TestOggTheoraWriter.ogv file length: 3482
The test passed because the size of the file is > 0 but when write() is
called for the first time in TestOggTheoraWriter.cxx (line 70) something
is wrong.
