[vtkusers] sub blocking

Hi,

Fixed size blocking can be done with vtkVoxelModeller filter. How can variable size blocking can be done with vtk? User will give max and min. block size and
filter will try to use bigger block sizes as possible. If a bigger block doesnt fit to space, smaller blocks will be used for blocking. I hope my problem is clear.
