[vtkusers] vtk installation

Did you want to use VTK with python? Did you turn on 'VTK_WRAP_PYTHON' in
Cmake? If you did want to use python, it sounds like you don't have python
already installed. You will need this.
I have just started learning VTK, and have posted an article about
installing VTK with python right from the beginning. You may be interested.
