[vtkusers] Can we drop Visual Studio 6 support?

Hi,
I still use VC++ 6.0 on Windows XP / Server 2003 for developing VTK
applications. It's light and simple, and I don't use any .NET features
or capability. Further more, I only use the VC++ compiler as a back
end, to a real-time UML based modeling/auto-code generation environment.
