[vtkusers] Client Server Rendering

Michael, there is some code under VTK/Parallel in the source  
distribution that deals with client/server connectivity and MPI.
I haven't used the classes and the VTK books don't describe this part  
of the library but maybe somebody else on this list can offer more  
details.
