[vtkusers] Problem QVTKWidget using vtkCarbonRenderWindow instead of vtkCocoaRenderWindow

Hi,
         I was just informed that Qt-4.5.x will support Cocoa for both  
32-bits and 64-bits.

I successfully built Qt-4.5.x with Cocoa support for 32-bits.

Now I'm trying to get Qt-4.5.x to compile for 64-bit and will let you  
know how it goes.

Once I get that done, I'll get vtk-5.3.x to compile for 64-bits  
against qt-4.5.x 64-bits.
