[vtkusers] Showing tissues (Skins , Vesseles) Bones just having turned the mouse wheel: Help please

Hi

So I can not show the tissues (Skins,Vesseles)  just having turned the
mouse wheel using only VTK ??.

VolumPro it's a hard solution or it allow also volume rendering like VTK ?

What I want is interact with the volume (to disappear/ display parts of
volume bones, vessels ...) by varying the functions of transfer.
