We want to develop our application, which is graphic intensive with 2-D and 3-D controls and visualizations in MFC and C++. One of the requirement is to get a look and feel of Macintosh on Windows using this environment. Is it possible to get this using VTK? It would be great if anybody can help me with this.

I believe VTK has nothing to do with look and feel since it does not
have buttons or controls or other GUI elements... For that you
probably want to use Qt instead of MFC and you will have a lot more
customizable look and feel.
