[vtkusers] Using vtk 5.0 and vtk 5.2 in the same application!

Drag yourself out of it then... :-)
Mixing versions of VTK is just simply asking for problems. Is there any way
you can get a build of DIVERSE that is upgraded to use the exact same VTK
that Slicer3 uses?
