[vtkusers] Dental Panorama with vtk

Hi, i am a vtk user and i need help in building a dental panoramic view, but
i don't know how????
I know some methods like:
1)multiple renderer windows.
2)cylindrical reslicing.

but those 2 r very inaccurate. and i was wondering is there some kind of a
panoramic widget, like draw a line and take a slice perpendicular to that
line?.
