[vtkusers] problem in Examples/Medical/Cxx/Medical3.cxx

Hi there!

I'm new to VTK and came across some problems
when implementing offscreen render buffers
for volume rendering in VTK. In particular,
the line

  aRenderer->Render();

in the file Medical3.cxx in Examples/Medical/Cxx
appears to cause some troubles, i.e., all OpenGL
calls fail in the first render pass (I assume there 
is no OpenGL context yet).
In fact, the corresponding line is missing in
the Python and Tcl scripts (and also in the
other medical examples).
