[vtkusers] Errors compiling vtk 5.0.4 with MinGW 5.1.3

rpcndr.h is a Windows header file from Microsoft.

This issue should be resolved in the current CVS head version of VTK. If you
update to CVS head, this issue should go away. (Assuming you put back
rpcndr.h the way it was...)
