[vtkusers] Display 2d image

I solved the problem by using vtkImageMapper and vtkActor2D. But another
problem appeared: the image is darker than the original. I know that the
color of the window can be adjusted using vtkMapper but I would like to know
if there is another solution to make the rendered image look like the
original one.
