[vtkusers] announce: open source Python-based front-end for ITK and VTK DeVIDE 8.5 released

Dear all,

I've just released version 8.5 of the open source DeVIDE software for
the rapid prototyping of medical visualization and image processing
algorithms.  This is the second open source release (the previous was
8.2), but I was too scared to publicize that one too widely.  With 8.5
I'm just slightly less frightened. :)
