[vtkusers] vtkVolumeRenderingToolkit.h missing from the install directory

This is fixed in the 5.2 branch and in VTK CVS (5.3) two weeks ago.
Just upgrade.

The following file has been fixed: VTK/VolumeRendering/CMakeLists.txt
