[vtkusers] fonts in 3D plots

Well, I found out how to enable or disable shadows and italics and that I have the choice between the Courier, Arial and Times font.

One question remains: can I install more, custom fonts? If I have to modify the VTK sources, that's fine, I only need a few pointers, where to begin.
