[vtkusers] observers in java

Hello all, I have a copule of simple questions( I think) dealing with
vtkCellPicker and Observers in general in Java.

1. If  I call AddObserver(³StartPickEvent²,...) will this override the
StartPickEvent or just add to the list of callbacks to process for the
³StartPickEvent²? 
2. Which version of RemoveObserver* should I use to remove my callback?
3. Relating to the removal, what does the String parameter in
RemoverObserers(String) refer to?
