[vtkusers] compiling Cube.cxx with C++

Hi all


I would like to know the steps on how to compile Cube.cxx ( or any vtk
example files ) without writing the makefile using gcc. I am using
opensuse10.3, and VTK5.0.3. Thanks for the help.I have managed to compile
vtk with visual studio on windows, am now stuck with running the examples on
linux. Also, what is the best editor to be used for VTK, is Kdevelope fine..
how do I incorporate the vtk libraries into the editors ( or should I just
create a header file ). Thanks
