[vtkusers] What's the difference between FeatureAngle, EdgeAngle and SplitAngle?

Hello, Please tell me the difference between this various angles of
following classes:

vtkSmoothPolyDataFilter:
FeatureAngle, EdgeAngle

&

vtkDecimatePro:
SplitAngle

I can't realize a different effect by adjusting them ...
