[vtkusers] Errors compiling vtk 5.0.4 with MinGW 5.1.3

Error conflict between the following instructions:
MinGW/include/rpcndr.h, line 52: typedef unsigned char boolean;
and
vtk/src/utilities/vtkjpeg/jmorecfg.h, line 247: typedef int boolean;

I changed the sentence in the file rpcndr.h from MinGW

I do not know if it is correct. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
