[vtkusers] Simple CXX

Hi all,

Could someone help me out with more resources other than the example that is
available at
vtk 5.0\Examples\GUI\Win32\SimpleCXX

I have some doubts about the example
 1. Is it possible to place more controls in this code for instance 'list'
control (without using MFC)?
 2. What do i have to do to create a button that would open any file and
write some contents to it?
