[vtkusers] graphic interface with vtk

Hi vtk-list,


I'd like to know how is it possible to add some graphic elements (a button,
a list, a radiobutton,...) in a vtkRenderWindow...

In fact, my purpose is to give the user the possibility of customizing the
mouse buttons (zoom, window/level, ...)
