[vtkusers] VTK Parallel module

I am interested in learning more about the VTK/Parallel objects. I  
checked the VTK UG book TOC but it doesn't seem to go in depth about  
this particular module.
Other than the Testing and Examples directories, are there any  
resources or tutorials available?
