[vtkusers] vtkCommand doesnt exist in Java?

Hello,

vtkCommand class doesnt exist in Java? I am trying to call

abc->AddObserver(*vtkCommand::InteractionEvent*, myCallBack)

but i cant find vtkCommand class.
