[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer2 image display

Hi vtkusers,

I try to use vtkImageViewer2 to display an image from the ITK stream
based on example provided in "Getting Started II".
Everything works fine and an image gets displayed except that at first 
in a window
it looks like a small dot so I have manually (scroll mouse) to zoom it in.

Any ideas how I can set it up in my code so that
the image fits into a window when program starts?
