vtkusers is more appropriate, but I probably missed your email from being out last week.

We wrote a paper several years ago describing the design considerations and implementation of vtkParallelRenderManager (and similar classes that we were using at the time).  You can get the paper from the following web site.

Hi all
I am trying to understand how the parallel rendering code in VTK works( classes like vtkParallelRenderManager , vtkCompositeManager etc ).
Right now my method is to start with the source files and start following functions and try to understand how things work.
Is this the correct way to do it ? Any advice is welcome.
