[vtkusers] VTK - GeoView on Flickr

The geospatial toolkit (yet-to-be-officially-named) based on VTK is
not currently in VTK. It's basic functionality is still being built
but it will be released open-source (either in the VTK repository or
more likely as a separate repository) at some point in the near
future.

We will post to this list when it arrives.
