[vtkusers] vtkwin32renderinteractor under Win 64

Is the mouseevent/window render fixed in 5.0.4 of VTK? We still are
encountering the problem described in 2006, tho we were able to successfully
build 64 bit VTK & ITK as well as link to same. The bug list still has a
major bug on this outstanding (#0003227).

Do we need to alter all the offsets in VTK for Win64 longs?
