[vtkusers] vtkRenderWindowInteractor and Mac OSX

Hello,

with Mathieu's help I succeed, in fact the problem was coming from  
MacOSX

Today I made this with the exe cone5 created yesterday

mkdir cone5.app
mkdir cone5.app/Contents
mkdir cone5.app/Contents/MacOS
mv cone5 cone5.app/Contents/MacOS/.
./cone5.app/Contents/MacOS/cone5

and this time, it works
so the reason vtkRenderWindowInteractor didn't answer to keybord  
entries was coming from MacOSX who is looking for a specific  
repertory organisation ...

"Think Different" used to say people from Apple a few years ago,
one more time it's true for the best and for the worse...
