[vtkusers] AddActor2D & "segmentation fault"

Dear vtk users,

I'm try to use AddActor2D in my application but I always get a
"/segmentation fault/" when I do *ren1.AddActor2D(label.Actor)*.
To be sure that this is not a bug in my code I've tried
_annotatePick.tcl_ and _annotatePick.py_ examples. The result has been same.
Does someone knows about how to solve this which seems to be a vtk bug?

Moreover, even OpenGL in installed on my machine, I feel my python
application running very slowly. I'm making an animation of 156
spheres (I do a *renWin.Render()* for each frame) with very low
resolution linked by line (tube was very very slow ...).
I'm wondering whether this is normal or if there is a way to improve it.
Is it necessary to tell to vtk to use OpenGL?

Thanks in advance,
regards,

              Eric.
