[vtkusers] what happened to vtkCubeAxesActor?

hi, guys
 
I want to use vtkCubeAxesActor.
 
 I saw the class in the online document. 
 
But when I include the header file of the class,  the compiler tell me the file doesn't exist.
 
I search the file in the including path and source code and i didn't find anything.
 
can somebody tell me what happened to this class vtkCubeAxesActor
