[vtkusers] Setting up vtk with visual studio 2005

Hey guys.
 
I'm new in vtk. Actually i haven't been able to use it yet. :( I 've been trying almost all day to set up vtk with visual studio 2005 but haven't managed to do it. I was hoping if someone of u has a tutorial or something like that on how to do it. I would be really gratefull.
 
I checked this tutorial but no luck:
