[vtkusers] Read Dicom using vtk

vtkDICOMImageReader gives a warning "Dicom magic number missing" + I
don't think vtk4.2 had vtkDICOMImageReader.

Hi Alam,

I don't know if this will necessarily fix your problem, but is there a 
reason you're reading DICOM data with the vtkVolume16Reader rather than 
with the vtkDICOMImageReader?
