[vtkusers] Specify play speed of avi files generated by vtkAVIWriter

I have generated a movie of my visualization project with vtkAVIWriter. The
movie has about 50 frames, but it's only 3-sec long. How can I specify the
number of frames per second?  I'd like to control the speed of the movie.
Also, the avi file is very large, about 18.1MB. Is there any way to compress
it while rendering images?
